US / Europe – Legacy Systems has no on-shore presence in North America or Europe and all work will be performed remotely from the UK.
US: If required we can provide completed forms W-8BEN-E: Certificate of Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding and Reporting (Entities) (USA) to show UK Residency and that no local Sales Tax applies to these transactions.
EU: The Reverse Charge Mechanism of Article 44 of the EU VAT Directive (Directive 2006/112/EC) applies.
